8.4/10 Very good! (114 reviews)
I really enjoyed my stay at IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz. One of my favourite things was the view — both from my room and from the breakfast area. It was such a nice way to start the day.
I also really liked the hotel’s design: modern, stylish, and comfortable without feeling generic. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
And a small detail that I genuinely appreciated — the tea in the room was actually very good! Sometimes it’s the little things you remember. 😊
Overall, a very pleasant stay in Riyadh, and I would happily stay here again.

Premium Room Review – Holiday Inn Al Qasr
The Good 👍
- Spacious room with a separate living area, making the stay comfortable and relaxing.
- Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
- Clean and tidy room.
- Attentive and helpful housekeeping staff.
- The bathtub is a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Room for Improvement 👎
- The bathroom is quite small and lacks a separate shower area.
- The restaurant advertises themed dinner nights on Thursdays and Fridays, but no themed nights were offered during our stay.
- The dinner and breakfast buffets have a limited selection of food and could offer more variety.
- Garbage collection around 1:00 AM was noisy and disruptive, affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
- Pool and spa facilities are available for men only, with no access for ladies. This is disappointing, especially for guests expecting these amenities to be available to everyone.
Overall Experience
The Premium Room offers good space, comfortable beds, and attentive housekeeping, making it a pleasant place to stay. However, the limited buffet selection, nighttime noise, lack of a separate shower area, and restricted access to leisure facilities for ladies are areas that need improvement. With better dining options and more consideration for guests' comfort and amenities, the overall experience could be much better.
Recommended review rating
7/10 — Good room, but several service and facility improvements are needed.
